It’s a pleasure.

I’m a qualified and trauma-informed sex, intimacy and relationship practitioner living and working on Gumbaynggirr Country on the NSW Mid North Coast.

I’m passionate about supporting others to gain confidence in themselves and their sexuality whilst developing deeper connections with their body.

My approach is warm, inclusive and non-pathologising.

My work is education-based and pleasure-centred, so you’ll leave each session with new skills or knowledge to empower you in your sexual journey.

I’m a queer cis woman who is kink, polyam and sex-worker friendly. As a neurodivergent practitioner, I know what it’s like navigating sex and intimacy while living with ADHD, autism and anxiety.

A BIT OF BACKGROUND

From a younge age I began to develop a strong interest in human behaviour, sexuality and all things taboo.

If the collection of carefully studied volumes of Cleo sealed sections didn’t give it away, the secret sex ed classes I held during high school Biology probably should’ve.

Each week, my fellow students sat around a hexagonal table, captivated as I recalled my latest sexual endeavours, eyes wide and cheeks flushed red as they marvelled at my ability to candidly speak about my sexual experience.

I offered advice, encouraged them to ask questions and reminded them that sex was an entirely normal, human experience. It is a wonder that it took me another 20 years to realise my full potential as a sex educator.

How I got here

I’ve always revelled in studying how humans interact with one another, and the empath in me was drawn to facilitate and capture intimacy.
My first degree straight out of high school was a double major in Psychology and Italian – but much to my Nonna’s dismay, the language didn’t stick. The curiosity in psychology, sociology and anthropology, however, only grew stronger. I insatiably devoured books on neuroplasticity, podcasts on non-monogamy, and articles on kink and BDSM – regurgitating information to anyone who would listen.

I realised that I had spent years trying to challenge stigma and open up conversations around sexual health and wellness. Hungry for knowledge, I embarked on a journey of learning and self-discovery to gain skills to guide these conversations on a greater scale in a professional setting.

After over a decade of photographing intimate portraits, I realised that I experienced a surge of excitement and joy every time I witnessed and facilitated moments of empowerment, intimacy and connection. I thrived in creating spaces for couples to feel safe to discuss aspects of their relationship that they typically wouldn’t.

My insatiable hunger for knowledge has led me to complete hundreds of hours of training in sex coaching, empowerment, self-defence, and couples and relationship therapy – and it won’t end there. As a lifelong learner, I’m constantly searching for ways to better understand myself and others. My recent AuDHD revelation and early onset perimenopause has compelled me to dive deeper into the experiences of neurodivergent women and AFAB individuals.

Diversity and inclusion have always been a vital part of my work as a photographer and those values follow into my work as a sexologist.

I strive to provide educational resources that are inclusive of all genders and sexuality, as well as accessible to those with disabilities and respecting diverse cultures and religions.

This is a safe space for you. I want you to feel seen, represented and heard.

You’re here because you recognise the need for a shift.

Sex and sexuality are fundamental parts of being a human. So why do we all feel like we’re making it up as we go? And why isn’t anyone talking about it?

If you’re anything like me, your sex education was less than ideal. You probably learned most that you know from friends, sealed sections and porn. While these are all helpful sources of information, they’re not sufficient, and you’ve probably been left feeling a little underwhelmed and dissatisfied with the sex you’re having (or not having!)

Whether you’re thrilled with your sex life, or feeling less than lacklustre, you’ve identified that there is something in your current sexual experience you’d like to change. Good on you for being proactive about it!

The next step is to get in touch for a free introductory phone call - or if you’re ready to dive in - book your first session now! I can’t wait to start exploring with you.
